Modernization of the Zvonarka Central Bus Station

The project was financed from IROP, the grant received was 57 000 000 Czech Crowns.

The object of the project was modernization of the Zvonarka Central Bus Station, and a construction of a new hall in the station. A construction of the parking systems P+R, K+R and B+R, and its connectivity to the public transportation was also a part of the project. The object was a strategically integrated project of a large scope.

G. J. Mendel’s Legacy in Science, Culture, and for Humankind

Interreg Austria – the Czech Republic financed the project; the subsidy was 43 500 000 Czech Crowns.

The goal of the project was starting a long-term cross border cooperation, promoting and caring for the legacy of J. G. Mendel, famous scientist. A renovation of Mendel’ Greenhouse was a part of this project. The Greenhouse is now a multifunctional space where various meetings, exhibitions and lectures, etc., take place.
